Terms and Shipping |
Payment |

We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or Western Union. We do not take credit cards. Most personal checks take aprox 7-10 business days to clear. Orders will be held until funds have cleared my bank. All orders must be paid in full before animals will be shipped. All orders cancelled after payment is received are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We do not refund shipping costs.

Shipping and Box Charges |

We ship via FedEx next day
air service, and Delta Dash. We are a FedEx certified
shipper. For both FedEx and Delta Dash costs will
depend on size of box, weight and zip code shipping to. Delta Dash charges
start at $78.00 but actual costs will again
depend on box size, weight and zip code. We ship Monday
through Wednesday. Someone must be home to sign for delivery**. It is best
to ship when temperatures are between 45° - 90° f both here and where
you live**. We reserve the right to delay shipping should I determine
weather conditions to be too extreme. Box charges are the
actual cost of the insulated shipping box and hot or cold packs if needed.

We offer a Conditional Live Arrival Guarantee |

We guarantee all snakes to be live, in good condition and correctly sexed provided that: Ø **You were there to sign for delivery. If no one is home to accept delivery guarantee is void. Ø **Delivery occurred between recommended temperatures of 45° - 90° f on both ends of delivery Ø You must contact us within 24 hours if there is a problem. Ø Under the best of conditions, shipping is stressful for the animal. Please have a home ready for your new pet when it arrives. Please try not to handle or show off your new pet for several days. Let it get used to its new home for several days before you feed and hold it. Ø Should your animal not arrive alive, we will replace any animal not including freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot offer any cash refund, exchange only. Contact us for details. Ø This guarantee for non eaters provides for the animal to arrive alive and not that it will eat. NO shipments will knowingly be sent in violation of any state or federal laws.
Failure to read our terms whether accidental or intentional will not under any circumstances be a reason to consider them void or altered.

Deposit and Cancellation |

We will accept a 25% deposit to reserve any animals that are not yet available. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred into credit towards future purchases unless we are unable to supply the animals. If we are unable to produce the animal, we will gladly refund this deposit. All orders cancelled after payment is received are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We do not refund shipping costs. |
